About Phonix

In order to maintain affordable rates and lower overhead, we work closely with a reputable manufacturer. We sell the same high-quality devices as an audiology facility, but for thousands less because we buy our hearing aids in bulk and don’t have the expense of a physical presence.

We carefully select and source our hearing aids from reputable manufacturers known for their quality and reliability. Our devices undergo rigorous testing and meet industry standards to ensure they deliver optimal performance. Additionally, we offer warranties and customer reviews/testimonials that demonstrate our customers’ satisfaction and positive experiences.
On average, our hearing aids have a lifespan of approximately 5 years. However, it’s important to note that the lifespan can vary depending on factors such as usage, maintenance, and care. Proper cleaning, following manufacturer instructions, and regular maintenance can help extend the lifespan of the hearing aids.
Shipping, Returns, and Warranties

All of our hearing aids, remotes, and connectors come with a full 24-month manufacturer’s warranty, which covers manufacturing defects.
Warranty claims will not be valid if the Phonix device has been modified or damaged by the user, if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of Phonix. Device loss or user damage are not covered under warranty.
